- •Payment Information: Billing address and payment method details (processed securely by our payment processors). We do not store full card numbers.

1.2 Content and Brand Data
- •Brand Information: Company names, logos, brand colors, fonts, messaging guidelines, and brand voice descriptions you provide.
- •User-Generated Content: Text, topics, ideas, images, and other materials you upload or input into the platform.
- •Generated Content: AI-generated text, image prompts, slideshows, captions, and other content created on your behalf.
- •Media Files: Images, videos, and other media files you upload for use in your content.
1.3 Social Media Integration Data (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
When you connect social media accounts to SlideBuddy for content publishing, we collect the minimum data necessary to provide the service:
- •TikTok: We request
user.info.basic(display name, username, open_id),video.publish(to post carousels and videos on your behalf), andvideo.upload(to upload video content via URL-pull). We store only your display name and open_id for account identification. Access tokens are stored encrypted. - •Instagram / Facebook: We request publishing permissions to post photo carousels and videos on your behalf. We store your account name, account ID, and encrypted access tokens.
- •What we do NOT collect: We do not collect your followers, messages, friends list, feed content, or any data beyond what is required to identify your account and publish content.
- •Publishing Data: Logs of posts scheduled and published, including post content, timing, and success/failure status.
1.4 Usage and Technical Data
- •Usage Analytics: Pages visited, features used, time on platform, number of slideshows created, and interaction patterns.
- •Technical Information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers.
- •Performance Data: Error logs, crash reports, and system performance metrics to improve service reliability.
- •Session Data: Authentication tokens, session duration, and login/logout timestamps.

3.2 Data Processing Agreements
All third-party providers are bound by strict data processing agreements that limit their use of your data to providing services to us. They are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes or sharing it with other parties.
3.3 We Do Not Sell Your Data
SlideBuddy does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We will never monetize your data by selling it to advertisers or data brokers.
3.4 Legal Compliance
We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or the public.
4Data Security and Protection
Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Social media access tokens are stored using secure encryption.
Infrastructure
Hosted on Google Cloud Platform (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 certified) with geographically distributed, redundant data centers.
Incident Response
In the event of a security breach, we have procedures to contain the incident and notify affected users per applicable laws.
5Data Retention and Deletion
