Three things that make a calendar survive

  1. 1Pick the cadence you can hold in a bad monthNot your best week. A plan abandoned in week three is worse than a smaller one you keep — consistency beats volume, and it isn't close.
  2. 2Balance the themes, don't batch themFour cost posts in a row reads as a sales push. Rotating themes is why this tool deals topics instead of shuffling them.
  3. 3Spread posts across the day, not just the weekFour posts published between 7 and 10am is a different signal from four across the day, even at the same daily total.

More on the first in how often you should post, and on the third in when to post carousels. If you want to check a finished slide before it goes out, the safe zone checker shows what the grid crops.

Questions

Do I need an account?
No. No account, no email, no card. The topics ship with the page, so the whole thing runs in your browser — nothing is sent anywhere and there's nothing to sign up for.
Where do these topics come from?
They're the same topics as our published guides for each industry, which were researched and written to be usable rather than generated to fill a list. That also means the tool can't drift from the articles — the calendar hands you the topics in a workable order, and the article explains why each one works.
Why is it spread out like that instead of shuffled?
Because a plain shuffle clumps. It'll regularly give you four cost posts in week one and none afterwards, which is a worse month than a random one. The generator deals one topic from each theme in turn, so any number of posts a week comes out balanced. It also puts posts on weekdays and spreads them across the week rather than stacking them.
Can I use these topics as they are?
They're written to be starting points rather than headlines. The ones that mention costs, local numbers or specifics need your actual figures — a market update with invented numbers is worse than no market update. Swap in what's true for you.
How many posts a week should I pick?
The number you could still hit in your busiest month, not your best one. Consistency beats volume by a wide margin, and a plan you abandon in week three is worse than a smaller one you keep. If the account is brand new, start lower and build.
Can it write the posts too?
Not in this tool — this one just plans. The free carousel generator turns a single topic into a finished carousel with no account, and the paid product generates and publishes them on a schedule.

Or have the whole month made and posted for you
